At Art Studio Podrumche we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it under the following conditions.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.

Include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, the item should be sent back within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
• Items that show signs of use or damage cannot be refunded.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
